Alissa Lukara is the author of Riding Grace: A Triumph of the Soul, a powerful, poetic memoir of finding healing, wholeness and grace on her journey through childhood abuse, incest and adult chronic fatigue syndrome. Alissa is founder of Lifechallenges.org, a nonprofit website empowering individuals in 97 countries worldwide with tools to overcome adversity. Featured in top selling SARK’s books, Cosmo Girl and recommended on 150 websites, Lifechallenges.org is recognized by associations such as Assn. for Humanistic Psychology, American Chronic Pain Assn. and Art and Healing Network.
